“The John Fifteen Factor”
Here is the John Fifteen Factor ministry in a nutshell:
All we ask is the opportunity to share the V2T ministry with your people. We are excited to share the ministry tools God has given us with others who choose to make a difference for eternity in the life of another. V2T can be shallow enough that a new believer will not drawn, or deep enough for a seasoned believer to scuba dive in the depths of the riches of God’s word to his heart’s content; the choice is always theirs to make.
I offer most of the following “Get Real” equipping modules free online, if needed. It can also be done directly by email. Facebook provides the opportunity for fellowship with others as they journey through the equipping modules & JFF Commitment together.
I would like for you to consider implementing the “John Fifteen Factor” that God laid on my heart this past year. John Fifteen states that if we ask anything according to His WILL that He WILL DO IT! As one cross references this with II Peter 3:9, they see that it is not God’s WILL that ANY should perish, but that all should come to repentance. So, if we apply this principle to our daily lives… the result will be soul’s saved. It is really that simple; it is a matter of faith. Do we believe God will really do what he said He would do?

Monthly Accountability
My request to you is this: I would like to challenge your people to commit to the “John Fifteen Factor.” I would like to ask them, after my initial presentation, if they would commit, for one year, to pray for a list of unsaved people every day, and fast for these individuals once per week. The Bible says that, “This kind cometh not but by prayer and fasting,” I believe we are living in “This Kind” of a culture today… don’t you?
Along with their personal time of prayer, fasting and ministry to those on their prayer lists, I would ask the church to provide a get-to-gether fellowship once a month for all those who made a “John Fifteen Factor” commitment. This accountability is vital. Too many times we motivate people and then don’t provide the necessary follow-up. For one full year we can encourage our people to trust God’s Word. We have not because we ask not.
The monthly “John Fifteen Factor” fellowship should consist of the following:
*Food …
*Short 5 minute training or challenge from God’s Word …
*Testimonies from those who are impacting the lives of those on their lists, etc.
*Specific time (as a group or groups) of prayer for those on each of the lists.
I believe that, with loving accountability, you will see a tremendous increase in soul winning take place in that year. When God honors His Word… and He will… the real work/honor begins. That is where V2T offers more relevant help. The following pages will give you a glimpse into the ministry tools and “Get Real” equipping modules offered by V2T. It would be our honor in assisting your staff, or people to become relevant soldiers of the cross.
God has prepared Karen and me for such a time as this. We truly believe God has given us an understanding of the times so that we will confidently now what we ought to do… and DO IT! Will you help us get the ministry of V2T rolling? V2T has been 25 years in the making, and we’re bursting at the seams to impact the lives of others.

JFF - The First Step
When your people commit to the JFF ministry, and they will, I would be happy to share the equipping modules (ongoing equipping workshops) with them during the course of the year. I can introduce the principles personally, and/or I can provide them though my online ministry. We must keep our people climbing mountains by leading them step by step through the ministry process.
When they become a spiritual “father” to someone else (by winning them to Christ) they will need to know how to mature that person to follow his/her footsteps. That is the purpose of the “Get Real!” modules provided by the ministry of V2T! We are here to: 1) help church leaders inspire soulwinning 2) give a plan of follow-up and accountability, and 3) provide ongoing equipping workshops for the purpose of Biblical modeling / discipleship.
